What we collect
We do not ask you to create an account or to submit personal information. Like any website, requests to this site are processed by our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, which may log technical details such as IP address, browser type and requested address for security and performance purposes.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites. The language is chosen by the page address (English by default, Chinese under /zh), not by a cookie.
Search
Search queries are sent to this site only to return matching countries, indicators and pages.
Third parties
Pages and data files are served through Cloudflare. Links to other websites, such as the World Bank, are governed by those sites’ own policies.
Changes
If this changes — for example if analytics are added — this page will be updated first.
